We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our Revenue Team as a Collection Agent.

The Collection Agent role will have a greater focus on:

Recovering past due payments for residential, commercial, and property management accounts.
Negotiating payment arrangements with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Creating cases for disputes and ensuring all required information is captured.
Suspending billing and processing buyout and cancellation requests according to company guidelines.
To be successful in either role, you should possess:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to build rapport with customers and effectively resolve their concerns.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
A desire to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
